Marhaba, welcome to Morocco. Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, you will be greeted and met by your guide and driver and transferred to your hotel in Marrakech.
Later this day, join your local guide for a welcome meeting to get to know more about your trip, make sure to ask him all your questions to be ready for your journey.

After your breakfast today, you will be invited to explore the economic hub of Morocco Casablanca. During this day you will get to know more about Judaism in Morocco by visiting the Museum of Moroccan Judaism, le Tombeau du Saint Eliahou, Beit-El Temple, the Jewish school and the Jewish quarter: Mellah.
A lunch at the Jewish club will be included today for a delicious Kosher lunch.

Today, meet your driver who will take you to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Upon arrival, you will be taken to the Jewish quarter: Mellah where you will get to visit The Great Synagogue Rabbi Chalom Zaoui.
Enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant before we continue to our destination for tonight: the living museum of Fes.

This morning, join a workshop that will introduce you to some of the dishes that rhythm Jewish celebrations throughout the world. you will outline your menu with the chef, then you will plunge into the medina’s local souks with the chef & guide. Back to the Riad for a hands-on cooking workshop & finish with a relaxing lunch to taste what you have just cooked. You leave with a detailed recipe sheet & your mind full of new ideas to try out back home.
Afterwards, meet your guide for a Jewish visit to the Medina of Fes. You will start by visiting The Ibn Danan Synagogue, built by Mimoun Ben Sidan in the 17th century, a rich merchant from Ait Ishaq. Continue the visit by exploring Slat Al Fassiyine synagogue: the oldest synagogue in Fes built in the 17th century as well in the heart of El Mellah the jewish quarter. If time permits, you will also see Saint Haim Messas, Saint David Boussidan, Raphael Berdugo, Lalla Soulika , la Maison Maimonide and the Jewish cemetery.

After your breakfast today, join your guide for a full day walking tour of the medina of Fes. Fes is considered as a UNESCO world heritage site, home of traditional handicrafts, and tanneries. The city was one of the world's great centers of education and culture, both Islamic and Jewish. Spend the day exploring the old city, visiting Medersa el Attarine, the tanneries, and the splendid Fondouk Nejjarine, a beautifully restored 18th-century inn. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon and perhaps spend the evening relaxing in this calming oasis, away from the buzz of the medina.

Are you ready for a Sahara experience? Meet your driver today who will take you to Erg Chebbi. It’s one of the world's iconic landscapes, with towering dunes up to 150 metres in height. Located at the end of a sealed road and just 20 kilometres from the Algerian border this really feels like frontier country. You will leave your gear at your overnight camp set next to a simple hotel and then ride camels into the edge of the Sahara Desert, enjoying a spectacular sunset along the way. Tonight, you will camp out in traditional style, with the chance to try some fantastic local cuisine while you sit around an open fire, enjoying lively music and dancing under the stars.

After your breakfast in a tent, start your journey to Skoura. On the way, you will stop at Todra gorges, a massive trench that rises over 250 meters to form one of the most dramatic and spectacular natural sights in Morocco. Stop there and enjoy this masterpiece before you reach your destination for tonight: Skoura

After breakfast, join your driver for a drive to Ait Benhaddou. Looking familiar? This town has a long list of film and TV credits, including Lawrence of Arabia, Game of Thrones and Gladiator. Enjoy a walk to the top of the kasbah and enjoy the view as it is very beautiful up there. Continue afterwards to Marrakech, your final destination in Morocco

After a nice breakfast, you will start your exploration of the most visited city in Morocco Marrakech, considered as an imperial city and a UNESCO world heritage; it serves as a major economic center and tourist destination. It has the largest traditional market “souk” in Morocco, the city is home to several historical monuments, mosques & tombs that you will see during your day tour including Bahia palace, Badi palace. Your tour will include Jemaa el-Fnaa square considered as one of the best-known squares in Africa and has been described as a “world-famous square”, then you will continue to Mellah the old Jewish Quarter where you will visit Negidim synagogue followed by Lazama synagogue considered as the most beautiful synagogue in Morocco.

After your breakfast today, you will be driven to the coastal city of Essaouira, a city where the medina brushes up against the Atlantic Ocean. Sandstone walkways contrast with whitewashed houses, bright blue sky, and the sand of the surrounding beaches and dunes. Upon arrival, you will be taken to the city’s main synagogues known as Synagogue Slat Attia, Synagogue Slat Lkahal Mogador and synagogue Haim Pinto
Continue scrolling in the Medina and enjoy the small souks as well as Essaouira’s vibes. A fish market lunch is highly recommended for lunch but if you prefer other options we will be more than happy to suggest other local restaurants.
We will take you back to Marrakech by the end of the day.
